The Impact of Our Coaching
The main reason why I started with Sabai vitality was because I struggle staying consistent with my routine, with the help of sabai vitality I was able to keep track and set up personal goals I need to achieve and get them completed.
Being apart of sabai vitality was an experience as Merel (the coach) explained to me in details about why I couldn’t stay consistent and how to fix it in a way that is enjoyable for me. Because I started following Sabai Vitality via Instagram and Merel often posted videos there that I could easily relate to, I decided to follow a coaching program. I had many goals that I wanted to achieve, but I often did not succeed because I did not take action or did not know how.
